All of our Companions are selected and trained by our management. A full background check, drug-screening, and driving record check are performed on each Companion, adding to your peace of mind. They are interviewed for experience levels, their dedication to service, and for their desire to help those they are assisting.

All of our Companions are employed by the company and are backed by liability and bonding insurance.
Companionship
Our typical Companion has years of experience serving the elderly in the home or in a nursing facility. Many of our companions have several years of service with the company.
Selection and Introduction to Our Staff
Following acceptance into our program, we will match one of our trained staff with the client's needs. We will then personally introduce them to the client and their family. You will then have the opportunity to decide if the match is right for you.
The Relationship Continues
Our care and support doesn't end when the Companion leaves the home. We provide follow-up calls to the care recipient, to the family, and any referring agency to verify satisfaction levels.
